In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on ape77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ape77 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration by any person under 21 years of age is prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to close any Account found to be held by an underage individual, with any balance returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is not expressly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that prevents you from engaging in contracts.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on ape77. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed through ape77 or through any linked responsible-gaming scheme. Attempting to register during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of the Operator, its licensors, or its technology suppliers are not eligible to register or wager on the Platform.

To place wagers on ape77 you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following terms apply to registration and ongoing account management:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current and notify ape77 of any changes promptly.
• Username and Password: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for maintaining its confidentiality. ape77 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• Account Security: If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. ape77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain password security.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds accrued across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Account Closure by User: You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding withdrawable balances will be returned via your last-used payment method, subject to KYC verification.
• Account Closure by ape77: The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement. Where an Account is closed due to User breach, any Bonus Funds will be forfeited and real-money balances returned after investigation.

ape77 operates under an international offshore gaming license that requires robust Know Your Customer procedures. KYC verification may be requested at any time but is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request exceeding Rp 500.000 or when the Operator deems it necessary for compliance or security purposes.

Acceptable documents for identity verification include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license — must be government-issued, valid, and show your full name and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the past 90 days showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

Documents must be submitted as clear, unedited photographs or scans. ape77 reserves the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are insufficient. KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC clearance; deposits already made are not affected by the KYC review process.

All transactions on ape77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits are processed via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), as well as Visa and Mastercard where available.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within this window, contact our support team with your proof-of-transfer reference.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be returned or result in Account suspension.
• ape77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ape77 is not responsible.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to KYC verification. This same-source rule is enforced to prevent money laundering.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Processing time averages under 3 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours for bank-transfer methods may experience delays imposed by the recipient bank and are outside ape77's control.
• ape77 may delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, fraud review, or investigation of irregular betting patterns.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, as described in Section 6.
• ape77 reserves the right to deduct processing fees on withdrawals in exceptional circumstances, which will be communicated to the User prior to processing.

ape77 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day on 17 August). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's dedicated terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, or 30x the bonus amount). The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10%–50%; certain slot titles may contribute 100% while others contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account Balance upon the expiry date.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is pending wagering completion may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single wager is Rp 500.000 or as otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Wagers exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any User found to be exploiting bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other fraudulent means will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be closed.
• Operator's Right to Modify: ape77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Changes do not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered through.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ape77. Product-specific rules (e.g., for sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting)) are published separately in the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by ape77. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or irregularity has occurred.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and game type. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a wager. ape77 may adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on betting history.
• Void Bets: A wager may be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled; the market is suspended due to data issues; an obvious pricing error is identified; or applicable product rules stipulate voiding in the relevant circumstances.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network or system disconnection mid-game on live casino products, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's server records. ape77 will not be liable for losses arising from User-side connectivity issues.
• Payout Limits: Maximum single payout limits apply and vary by product. Details are available in the relevant product section. Winnings exceeding a payout cap will be settled at the stated maximum limit.
• Match Fixing and Integrity: Betting on events suspected to be subject to match-fixing or other integrity breaches is prohibited. ape77 cooperates with relevant sports integrity organizations and may withhold payouts pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ape77 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts under any name or identity, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or third-party services to disguise your location or identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, circumvent security measures, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity. ape77 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant regulatory and law-enforcement authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error are void and will be reclaimed from the Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward ape77 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorization.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

All content on the ape77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional material — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Platform content or software.
• Use any automated data collection, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorized use of ape77's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal claims for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ape77 and its Operator, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or errors caused by third-party infrastructure providers, telecommunications failures, or force-majeure events beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Financial losses arising from your gambling activity. Betting involves inherent financial risk and ape77 does not guarantee winnings.
• Any decision made in reliance on information provided on the Platform that proves inaccurate or incomplete due to technical error.

In any event, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ape77 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ape77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data-processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect only the personal data necessary for Account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its offshore gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. ape77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction, and access to the Platform from jurisdictions where it is prohibited is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.

ape77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where a change is material — such as a change to withdrawal rules, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — we will provide at least 7 days' notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
